India and the United Kingdom have agreed to further strengthen defence cooperation between the two countries. Joint military exercises and training programmes involving their armed forces will be expanded. The partnership will also focus on defence technology, maritime security, cybersecurity and cooperation against terrorism. Both countries believe that stronger defence ties will enhance mutual capabilities and further deepen their strategic partnership.
